Bihar as a state has one of the largest numbers of youth populace and yet ironically it remains the most under-represented section in Bharatiya Rajniti. And therefore, the dream of a developed Bharat remains distant without active youth engagement in its socio-political affairs. We all passionately talk about the change we wish to see in politics & governance but are generally unwilling to contribute to this cause.
Bihar Chhatra Sansad also known as Bihar Student Parliament which started in 2015, is a platform that empowers youth to engage in political and democratic processes, voice their opinions, and cultivate critical thinking about politics & society.
